I bought a unit from them 20 something yrs ago, a trane, it lasted over 20 years. They put new duct under my home and metal, good duct system. I hope that they have not changed and are as good as they use to be. I hope to use them again. I went with a back yard person, to save money, I DO not recommend that. Since then, Tim Edmonds and his team have replaced two units on one of my daughter's house, as well as one unit on my other daughter's house. Just recently, I had one of my A/C units to stop working properly. Jimmy Smith was able to make the service call, quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired the unit all on the same day. Obviously, I highly regard and recommend doing business with Gunter Heating and Air.
